1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeet paji platform and all services under it. These Terms serve as a legal agreement between the user and jeet paji. By accessing the site, registering an account, or starting to use any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
All services at jeet paji are operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform supports both Bengali and English, and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

1.1 Applicability of Terms
These Terms apply equally to the jeet paji website, mobile applications (Android APK and iOS), and any digital channels launched in the future. The terms of use for the application are also considered part of this document.

These terms must be read alongside jeet paji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Together, these three documents form the complete legal framework for your use of the service. In the event of any conflict, these Terms will take precedence.
2. Account and Membership
To use any service at jeet paji, you need to register a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Holding multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, jeet paji reserves the right to close all such accounts and seize the associated funds.
2.2 Account Security
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Login details must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the jeet paji support team must be notified immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
jeet paji may request identity verification documents (National ID card, passport, or other acceptable documents) for withdrawal requests above a certain amount or at any time. If documents are not provided, the relevant transaction may remain on hold.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility
All casino and betting services at jeet paji are for persons aged 21 and above only. By registering an account, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older.
Any attempt by a minor to register an account will be immediately rejected, and all related transactions will be considered null and void. Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that minors do not have access to this platform.
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
jeet paji provides services to users in Bangladesh. Users from regions where online gambling is completely prohibited may not use this platform. Providing false information about one's location gives the platform the right to close the account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at jeet paji are processed through secure and verified payment methods. Currently accepted deposit methods are — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).
4.1 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit may vary according to the rules of each payment method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, though bank transfers may take a little longer.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to a method registered in the user's own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that your account's identity verification (KYC) is complete.
4.3 Suspicious Transactions
In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, jeet paji reserves the right to place the payment on hold and carry out additional verification. This step is taken in the interest of the user's own account security.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
New members at jeet paji can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus amount, a wager of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before it has been wagered 15 times. If a withdrawal request is made before the wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
As another example: a ৳13,400 deposit will receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳21,400. In that case, the wagering requirement would be ৳8,000 × 15 = ৳1,20,000.
5.2 Misuse of Promotions
Attempting to gain benefits without meeting bonus or promotion terms, claiming bonuses on multiple accounts, or wagering through methods that are not permitted — if any of these are found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended. A bonus is not free cash — it is a benefit provided against specific conditions.
5.3 VIP Member Cashback
jeet paji's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback, calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Weekly cashback can be up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.8% for Gold, and 1.0% for Platinum. For example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they can receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
jeet paji offers slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which can be seen when the game loads or within the game itself.
6.1 Technical Issues
If a game session remains incomplete due to a technical error, jeet paji will decide whether to cancel or settle the relevant bet after investigation. Server-side records are always considered final — screenshots or local data from the user are not accepted as evidence.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, and other sports. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the applicable bet settlement rules will apply.
6.3 Responsible Gaming
jeet paji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Users are advised to set limits according to their own means. Our Responsible Gaming Guidelines provide full details on deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion.
6.4 Cheating and Fraud
Exploiting software bugs, using bots, colluding illegally with other players, or any kind of fraudulent behaviour is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated funds will be seized.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
jeet paji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violating any part of these terms
- Providing false identity or documents
- Suspicious activity on the account or attempts at money laundering
- Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Fraudulent behaviour towards other users
If an account is closed, the user may contact the support team to find out the reason and to appeal. However, appeals may not be accepted for accounts closed due to fraud.
7.1 User Request to Close Account
If a user wishes to close their own account, they may inform the support team. It is recommended to withdraw the balance before closing the account. A self-exclusion request can also be made in the same way.
8. Limitation of Liability
jeet paji always aims to provide uninterrupted service, but there are some situations beyond the platform's control. jeet paji is not liable in the following cases:
- Loss caused by internet connection issues or faults with the user's device
- Delays or errors from third-party payment providers
- Force majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
- Loss resulting from cyberattacks or unauthorised access by a third party
8.1 Maximum Liability Cap
jeet paji's liability in any case will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident. jeet paji is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
The methods by which user personal data is collected, stored, and used are explained in detail in jeet paji's Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, the Privacy Policy is also considered accepted.
jeet paji uses SSL encryption and secure servers to keep user data safe. Personal data is not sold to third parties, but may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.
9.1 Cookie Policy
jeet paji uses cookies to operate the website properly, to improve the user experience, and for analytics purposes. By continuing to use the site, the user is considered to have consented to the use of cookies.
10. Changes to Terms
jeet paji reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's agreement to the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.
10.1 Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between jeet paji and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion via the support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may settle the matter through any arbitration method they mutually agree upon.
10.2 Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Users are solely responsible for using this platform in compliance with the laws applicable in their own country or region.
